Coaching Program

Coaching Relationship
  •  The content of our coaching conversations will remain strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will be open and honest with each other in order to achieve change and growth.
  • We will endeavor to build a relationship based on mutual trust and collaborative approach learning.
  • The Coach will employ strategies that challenge The Client’s thinking in order to raise awareness, encourage responsibility and growth.
  • The Coach enters into the process as a learning partner or critical support system with the intention assisting The Client’s growth. They are not here to provide answers or propose solutions.
  • The Client will follow up on actions agreed to during the coaching sessions
Sessions & Fees
  • We agree to commit to a 3-month coaching cycle, with three sessions per month.
  • The first session will be 90 minutes with all future meetings held at 45 minutes.
  • The coaching meetings will be held the first three weeks of each month, leaving the fourth week as a break for the client to complete work outlined in the preceding three sessions.
  • All coaching sessions are held by telephone at an appointed time, on a regular basis, agreed up by both The Client and The Coach.
  • We agree to maintain coaching appointments at mutually agreed times and give reasonable notice if circumstances change.
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited. If you must cancel a session, we will make every attempt to reschedule a session for the same week but cannot guarantee a make up time.
  • The Client will telephone or zoom into The Coach for meeting.
  • The cost for this program is $250.00 per month for three months, prepaid each month.
